In today's america the Golden Rule has changed from "Do unto others as you would have done to you" into "The ones with the gold make the rules" what do you expect when corporations have more rights than individuals, can hide income by saying it came from out of state or out of the country, or can steal their employees ideas by saying they were developed on company time. Isn't it time for a set of criminal laws that apply to corporate behavior? I wonder if the judge who signed the order isn't on someones "christmas/get out of jail free" list himself.

You know, you're completely right. It's a terrible thing that "conspiracy-theory" has become synonymous with "nutjob theory". While there are a lot of nutjob conspiracy theories out there, a theory is not invalid simply because it proposes a conspiracy. Only a fool would think that powerful people never get together and conspire in their own interests (and against the interests of others, or to violate the law).
